Abhishek is an experienced leader who strives to create a culture of high performing collaborative teams and recognized for his innovative design approach, creative problem solving and top notch customer service.
He spent more than ten years working for highly distinguished companies globally before founding APED in early 2015. Through Abhishek's leadership and vision, APED has expanded its customer base and geographic reach from India to North America to become a highly distinguished and internationally recognized design firm. Leveraging his extensive multi-disciplinary experience for diverse projects in today's complex and fast-paced world, he leads the business with fresh insights and game-changing project solutions - with a focus on the potential for customers to achieve significant value and meaningful transformation through the power of design.
Abhishek is a Certified Interior Designer and a LEED Accredited Professional. He has been a strong advocate for sustainable design and green building principles locally, nationally and internationally. He received his Masters in Interior Architecture and Design from Drexel University in Philadelphia, USA. He is also passionately involved in advocating for the profession in various professional organizations, coalitions, councils and educational institutions. He also enjoys serving on the jury of various international design awards and competitions.
