OAKVILLE - Quartier Lambertois

By : Performa Marketing

GRANDS PRIX DU DESIGN 18th edition

Discipline : Communication & Branding

Categories : Communication Design / Corporate Communication Tool : Gold certification

Categories : Brand Design / Brand Identity Creation and Update : Silver certification

OAKVILLE is an extension of Oak Avenue, a historic street that dates back to the neighbourhood's early days in the 1880s. Honouring the city's history, the new development is being built on the site of a former Dare cookie factory, where the sweet smell of baked goods still lingers in the community's collective memory. The development will include stacked townhouses, duplexes and triplexes, symbolizing the harmonious fusion of the area’s historic

roots and forward-looking optimism.

With red brick and gabled roofs, the property is being built in the 19th-century British style and aims to offer the exceptional quality of life that Saint-Lambert is known for. The property is located within walking distance of shops, the train station and countless parks and green

spaces, including the seaway along the majestic St. Lawrence River.

With easy access to downtown Montreal by train, bus or the bike paths connecting to the Victoria and Jacques-Cartier bridges, Oakville is a decidedly urban development in a heritage village-like setting.

OAKVILLE is a new multi-generational development designed to blend seamlessly into this exclusive municipality. The development’s notable features include landscaped courtyards, rooftop gardens and large windows. It invites residents to carry on the city’s rich history while ushering it into an exciting future.
