Her journey commenced simultaneously serving as a Design Management and Interior Design consultant at Associate Consulting International while co-founding and presiding over Design Center Brazil. This formative phase catalyzed her exploration of innovation development and sustainability strategies across diverse design applications.

Driven by an insatiable intellectual curiosity, Ms. Piazera pursued a Master of Design from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia, honing her expertise in design strategy, innovation, and Green Design principles.
