WE NEW DO with “joy together original cow” as the core value to build the most authentic Chao Shan beef hot pot, select the most Chao Shan region characteristics of traditional dishes, elaborate every detail, the traditional craft and trendy eating match, for each piece of beef after strict selection and processing, to ensure that its fresh taste and nutritional value.
Centering on the “freshness and quality” of the ingredients, in addition to the distinctive Chao Shan brine black gold pot, matsutake beef balls, sea stone flower, alpine oolong tea and other special dishes, the original cow road has added the category of fresh seafood, enriched the taste of meals and realized product differentiation. Side dishes and dishes maintain the best quality and taste. It is also the respect and innovation of the traditional cooking technology that makes the “original beef road” stand out in the numerous Chao Shan beef hot pot.
