Today I present you the Racine & Martineau project. It is a major renovation of a condo in Loretteville. My clients acquired their condo in February 2019 and called upon my services to design their new decor since it was not at all adapted to their image. All the work was done in the summer of 2019. My mandate involved the entire condo, however, today I present the kitchen and bathroom of this one. The challenge for this project was to work with the existing space without touching the existing divisions. The condo is not in a high-end category, so they wanted to have a concept that would bring a "wow" effect without investing an amount of money that they would not be able to recuperate in a future resale. We chose to use melamine to limit the costs without taking anything away from the design. The custom-made furniture was manufactured by Armoires AD+ Québec.
