Prestige Chawky Project
The landscape designer for this project was inspired by the style of prestigious New England homes with warm-toned pavers and stones that bring out the beauty of the buildings and maximize the potential of this home.
The backyard was a big challenge given the steep drop in terrain which limited its use. Retaining walls were strategically erected even before the terrace was laid out, which gives the residence an effect of grandeur and continuity.
The materials used for the facade and its large parking lot are thoughtful and functional. The whole project reflects the authentic spirit of the place.
