The Comienzo project is defined as a luxury renovation project that will appeal to customers looking for a prestigious residence. Combining comfort and a unique design, all embellished with the latest technologies in home automation, this luxury house will be a real favorite. Located in the upscale Préville sector in Saint-Lambert, this modern residence has all the elements of a new, refined and luxurious construction.
We only complete one project at a time so each project is done with special attention to detail. Each of our projects is unique and we use the experience gained to always improve the finished product we offer.
In order to meet the current and future needs of our buyers, our goal was to maximize the available space. When planning the work, we found the garage to be very spacious. This allowed us to use part of this space to create an additional master bathroom. The realization of this new room involved many challenges, whether in terms of structure, insulation or darkness.
We have also experienced material procurement difficulties and delays with subcontractors due to Covid-19. So we organized all the work in a creative and unconventional way, such as installing the floors before painting.
