Louis Saint-Laurent School, built in 1959, has been expanded to meet the changing needs of students and staff. The extension includes five new preschool classrooms, a learning hub and a new lobby, fostering a child-friendly environment that encourages collaboration and play. Renovations were also carried out in the existing building, notably to consolidate areas and improve accessibility. Three new changing rooms act as a filter for entrances to the courtyard, freeing up corridors on the upper floor. An outdoor classroom on the roof enhances the available outdoor spaces. The extension, characterized by rounded shapes and a contemporary color palette, blends harmoniously with the existing architecture, while adding dynamism to the whole.
