Categories : Special Awards / Low Budget : Silver Certification
The owners of this well-established butcher shop in Île-Bizard moved to the Locoshop Angus in Rosemont. Everything had to be rebuilt: their customer base and … new interior space. They wanted to change their butcher shop from rural-style to modern and contemporary, oriented towards the well-being of its users, customers as well as employees. To stand out from the competition, namely the nearby supermarkets, was a major challenge. Espace 313 created a unique interior where the customer experience was a core priority. As soon as they come in, customers have a 360 degree experience where all various mouth-watering products are made available throughout the space. Central sales islands, and well-furnished and easily accessible shelves, contribute to the happiness of the ‘’épicurieuses and épicurieux’’ while promoting additional sales. The materials chosen for the interior design create a quaint ambiance allowing customers from all ‘’food allegiance’’ to feel very much at ease. This new style butcher shop is conceived to, among others, favor a pleasant shopping experience and quality customer goodwill which have already attracted crowds from its new adopted neighborhood.
