Discover our project to create l’un havre de vie in Saint-Hilaire, l’Érudit! With a dynamic team combining property management and design, we are proud to present our innovative living space concept consisting of 32 units. With the growing demand for housing in the region, we’ve seized the opportunity to develop multi-family residential solutions that meet the varied needs of the local community.
Harmony with the rural environment
Our priority was to create a living space that would blend harmoniously into its surroundings while respecting the region’s historic architecture. Our aim was to give the impression that it had always been part of the landscape. Subtle architectural details, such as window arches and industrial styling, add character to the building while blending seamlessly into the urban aesthetic. Each unit benefits from generous natural light thanks to well-thought-out and abundant fenestration, and several units have semi-recessed balconies offering unobstructed views of the majestic surrounding mountain.

A community living space
We have created several dynamic spaces to foster a true community within our project, putting the emphasis on residents’well-being. L’Érudit offers a coworking space with offices available for rent, as well as a common area featuring a lounge with dining room and bar. Two shared terraces, one on the first floor and the other on the fourth floor, offer convivial spaces with outdoor kitchens and barbecues to make the most of the outdoors.
Accessibility and comfort
Residents’accessibility and comfort are at the heart of our design. Every detail has been meticulously thought through, from high-end materials such as quartz in kitchens and bathrooms, to wide patio doors and concrete ceilings. Chagall has focused on those little extra touches that make the place fantastic. The black and gold color palette adds an extra touch of chic, offering a luxurious and timeless living environment.
This project offers an innovative response to the needs and aspirations of the Saint-Hilaire community. Combining refined aesthetics and functionality, it promises an exceptional living environment that knows how to seduce residents and contribute to the region’s blossoming!
