A Montreal law firm, Gasco Goodhue St-Germain provides legal advice across Quebec. Following the expiration of their lease and after much research carried out by the clients themselves, Conceptum was mandated to advise them in this process of change. Established in the same space for several years, the client wanted to refresh and modernize their image. In addition, it was essential to delimit public areas from the private ones, access to the latter of which is strictly limited to employees. Quickly, a reception area, a waiting area and conference rooms emerged directly overlooking the building's elevator lobby. Grouped together at one end of the space, this ensures that no visitor needs to circulate in the area dedicated to professionals. The clients were looking for a calm, distinguished and characterful atmosphere. Conceptum has chosen to integrate wood for very specific architectural items. Located on the 19th floor, the spaces benefit from favorable natural light and the reception is particularly spoiled. We therefore opted to enhance this natural light by keeping a neutral and luminous color while integrating black to give it character. For the conference rooms, we have focused on the feeling of comfort. Like the rest of the spaces, the base is neutral while adding comforting textures, such as velvet and wood.
