The design concept of the site is organized around a unique thermal experience which aims to create a living environment of relaxation and rejuvenation with the best practices of sustainable development and amenities. The site is the subject of an important project with the main objective of creating a world of oasis which offers, beyond a spa, a thermal universe including a hotel component, that is, a unique experience in Quebec. With an area of 600,000 sq. Ft., separated over several sub-sectors, the site contributes to the transformation of the natural landscape of Mont Saint-Bruno, which acts as a backdrop and ensures a coherent link with the strong existing recreational tourism context. With framed views of nature and spaces reflecting the natural landscape, the experience at the site is all-encompassing.
In order to create a spa oasis offering a variety of experiences, the concept is based on international spa themes, both Icelandic and Nordic (inspired by British Columbia and spaces in the heart of nature) as well as oriental using the facilities of the Middle East (Hammam) and Asia (Onsen). Using raw materials, an organic form language and native vegetation, the site is a continuation of the natural landscape of Saint-Bruno. Built around baths and waterfalls, the pavilions frame a unique thermal experience, a green oasis 15 minutes away from Montreal.
