A transformation from a compartmentalized space, with no natural light, into large open modular areas improves the well-being of employees.
Dividing walls were torn down to allow light to fully permeate the floor, from one facade to the other. Low walls separate the space in specific zones, featuring work cubicles, collaborative spaces, and closed offices at the centre of the tower.
The visitor is immediately immersed in the heart of the action within the open collaborative spaces on each floor, referred to as kanbans. Smaller kanbans make up the space between employees ‘open workspaces, as a means facilitating teamwork. On each respective floor, kanbans are characterized by a different colour of furniture to reflect the diversity of employees.
White maple striated wooden bistros are installed on each floor offer modular surfaces and sitting areas to eating, work, and relax. Designed with whiteboard painted walls and equipped with screens, the spaces ensure a continuity of evolving technological and human needs, and are adapted to various ways of working.
All spaces are laid out as an engaging work tool, supporting creativity and interaction between employees. The streamlined contemporary style inspires a strong sense of belonging for occupants. More than a workplace, the environment is transformed into animated living spaces. This unifying revitalization project has sparked a wave of enthusiasm, curiosity, and renewed pride amongst employees.
