SAJO was hired by Dior to handle all interior retail construction on this project in the Houston Galleria, including the electrical and mechanical. SAJO coordinated all tradespeople and installation during the project and handled the structural steel reinforcement of the large storefront.
Wood flooring was installed throughout the store and carpeting was used to delineate one area from another in this 7, 335 sq. foot Dior flagship. Recessed lighting was installed in the ceilings throughout each section of the store, providing a dramatic canopy in which to showcase the clothing and accessories.
Gold coloured metal rods were used to display clothing. Some rods grew up from the floor, others hung from the ceiling. This allowed clothing to be displayed at different heights throughout the store. Recessed wall displays feature floating shelving and were used to exhibit shoes and bags while jewelry display cases were completely enclosed. A beautiful space in which to display beautiful clothing and accessories.
