Bureaux de Mavrik
GRANDS PRIX DU DESIGN – 12th edition
The expression “maverick”, a free-thinking Texan cattleman, designates any and all non-conformists. This is the idea behind the modern ranch chic look that FOR. design planning created for Mavrik offices.
Raw and natural materials such as wood, exposed concrete, leather and lacquered and mat steel make up the 2,000 sq.ft office space. A succession of layers separates private quarters from shared areas. Open office spaces and service zones are in the forefront of the office. State-of-the-art woodwork, controlled and coherent thematic details and a subtle use of lighting add elegance to the chic Texan space.
The jury was charmed by the choice of furniture, the presence of raw materials, the careful consideration of lighting and the finesse of the workplace, composing a cool and collected, modern western style.
