ASSIGN Inc. was established by members who questioned the industry’s standards where staff are crazily busy handling lots of clients. Besides, job seekers are often undervalued than the hiring side to win more contracts. Whereas, ASSIGN embraces a small-scale entity to provide individually targeted support in a fair manner. To highlight their ‘Career Changers First’ policy, we designed a logo and 2 posters that evokes the company’s initial letter and the first alphabet ‘A’ as well as the shape of a Chinese character meaning humans. The sparkles on 3D shape and the long shadow present the company’s firm commitment of letting all career changers shine out.
