Avenue du Musée

The intervention created on the occasion of Thierry Mugler: Couturissime extends the exhibition on the public domain in a spontaneous event place. Seven thousand sequins in ten shades cover the floor and make up an immense silhouette that shimmers with rays of light. Brilliant!

BoxOne Labs

Evoking the conditions of the clean room, the business incubator has a large, uncluttered volume, reconfigurable furniture and removable partitions. Abundant light, woodwork and vegetation add warmth to the laboratory aspect.

XRM Vision

The efficiency of the concept, the work on the colours which brings warmth as well as the harmony which emanates from the whole project were underlined by the jury. The workspaces are arranged around a central block with meeting rooms and convivial coffee areas.

Nordic Structures

Glulam and cross-laminated timber, the company’s emblematic materials, are featured in the layout of this head office on a black and white background. Sometimes walls, sometimes false ceilings, wood becomes the guiding thread and creates a space with an innovative language.

Ray-Mont Logistics

The nuances chosen are reminiscent of the Canadian Prairies where most of the transhipped goods come from. The careful graphic signature as opposed to rough concrete, the bold architectural gesture and the materiality of the site deserve a mention from the jury.

Eidos Montréal

Practical and playful, the layout is inspired by the world of video games that the company makes. Like a village, the space is organized along alleys and small squares. The various volumes put forward materials that serve as landmarks and delimit the functions.

Desjardins – Tour de Montréal

The original concrete structure is enhanced by the clean style of the intervention, all in sober tones and elementary volumes. Informal spaces accompany an architectural promenade running along the glass walls and framing the landscape of the metropolis.

GOWLING WLG.

An atypical choice for an office in Place Ville Marie, it opens transparently onto an off-centre reception that offers a unique panorama of the city and groups together the café and meeting rooms. The jury applauds the thought behind the space with its fluid and sophisticated surfaces.

Bibliothèque de l’ÉTS

The space is crossed from one end to the other by a circulation axis where the various work and study areas are distributed on both sides. The mechanical and electrical components have been magnified, an ingenious nod to the fact that the user is located in an engineering school.
