GRANDS PRIX DU DESIGN – 7th édition
Operating at the international level in a leading sector such at Web Traffic Management requires an elegant, sophisticated and conventional look. When renovating its building, Manwin wanted to offer its employees corporative offices reflecting a high quality of life. The remodeling covered six floors accommodating nearly two hundred employees. It involved the design of open spaces with plenty of natural light, friendly meeting areas and inviting workrooms that truly embody the brand’s image.
In keeping with the concept, the color palette features white and gray, dotted with a few touches of blue. Classic, this color scheme dresses the numerous areas with a sober look. The jury was sensitive to the overall clean and finished appearance. The strong sense of esthetic displayed in the treatment of surfaces also captured their attention.
Winner of the Office Award 20,000 ft2 and over, this development of some 100,000 ft2 was entrusted to Moureaux Hauspy + Associés Designers, who managed to develop an airy open space, thanks notably to the abundant use of glass. The flow it created fosters a cozy atmosphere, pleasant and easy to move through.
