Built on the main street of the Village du Vieux-Terrebonne, this sixplex was to recall the style of buildings that was done at the time while bringing a breath of fresh air to the space. Its location in a very identity district of the old-terrebonne represented a first major challenge. The facades have been designed in such a way that the materials recall the architecture of the past while offering a modernity representative of current currents. Its signature, the impression effect that a new building has come to fit into the old façade thanks to the mixture of the elements. This metal sheet, reminiscent of the roofs and sheds of yesteryear while being at the same time very contemporary, joins the timeless brick of the façade. The whole project was thought through from all angles to encourage the innovative revitalization of this sector. In addition, the project aimed to attract more young people to the sector. The accommodations offered to them are not in their image, they are not tempted to come and settle in the Vieux-Terrebonne. It is therefore anxious to want to meet their needs that this sixplex was thought. Inspired by loft-type units that prioritize living spaces, the project also offers amenities designed for a dynamic and up-to-date lifestyle such as rooftop gardens, clean and harmonious common areas, large balconies and bike storage.
