In an effort to promote its employer brand and better highlight the diversity of its professions, the City of Saguenay has commissioned the agency to develop a distinct and accessible communication campaign. The agency proposed the concept "Unique in the City," an approach that places employees at the center of the message and highlights their essential contribution to urban life.
The creative direction is based on a clean visual signature, centered around the word "Unique," developed through a colorful and dynamic graphic universe. Each profession is represented by a color, allowing the variety of professions and talents to be visually expressed. The "U" becomes a signature "Unique" graphic element, serving as a frame for presenting employee portraits in their work environment.
The tone of the campaign is deliberately human and engaging, relying on short and direct messages that illustrate the impact of municipal professions on the community. The agency implemented the concept through a local advertising campaign, integrating several formats.
This approach allows the City of Saguenay to reposition its employer image and highlight the people who, on a daily basis, bring the city to life and make it evolve.
