The UNO 24 Wall Clock is much more than an ordinary clock.

It is an object for your living space that invites a conscious approach to time.

It is made up of 24 hours, just like a day on earth. Its analog dial is divided into daytime and nighttime halves. The striking single hand symbolizes the movement of the sun and thus shows the time according to the position of the sun.

The display concept:

At midnight, when the sun is "below us", the hand points to "0" at the bottom of the dial.

In the morning, the hand slowly rises, crossing the horizontal horizon at 6 o'clock. Like a sunrise, it moves from the darker half of the night to the brighter half of the day.

At noon, both the sun and the hand reach their highest points.

Both then slowly descend and cross the horizon again around 6 pm. This time they change from the day half to the night half.

Finally, at midnight, the hand crosses the fine date line - a new day begins.

The solo hand displays hours and minutes in graphic analog form.

Between the large hour markers with the hour numbers are the half-hour and ten-minute markers.  

Changing the perception of time:

With its “sun-synchronized time display”, the UNO 24 wall clock not only changes the representation of time, but also the way time is perceived.

One revolution of the hand corresponds exactly to one rotation of the earth and thus to the duration of a day. In contrast to a 12-hour clock, the dial shows the entire day in a single rotation. 

While each hand position on a 12-hour clock has two meanings (e.g. 4 o'clock at night or 4 o'clock in the afternoon), the time display on the UNO 24 is unambiguous.

Thus the observer no longer perceives the movement of the 24-hour hand and therefore enjoys a pleasant sense of calming serenity. 

The absence of other hands and displays also calms the aura of this spatial object and invites a conscious and confident approach to time.
