Office Layout of Torys – Elegance in Height at 1000 de La Gauchetière

Located on the 42nd floor of the iconic tower at 1000 de La Gauchetière, the new offices of the law firm Torys embody a contemporary vision of elegance and refinement. This layout project conveys the brand's excellence and stature through a sophisticated, timeless, and understated architectural language.

The concept is based on a clear and balanced spatial composition, where the transparency and fluidity of circulations promote an experience that is both functional and prestigious. The pure lines and mastered proportions create an atmosphere of serenity, conducive to concentration and reflection, while offering spectacular visual breakthroughs on the city.

Noble materials play a central role in defining the identity of the place. Marble, chosen for its delicate veins and natural shine, gives a luxurious dimension to the reception and meeting spaces. The real wood, with its rich and warm tones, brings a touch of humanity and balance, contrasting with the rigor of mineral surfaces. This duality between strength and softness creates a harmonious dialogue, revealing the firm's personality.

Light, carefully orchestrated, plays a decisive role in highlighting the materials and volumes. A discreet architectural lighting highlights lines and textures, while luminous accents punctuate strategic areas, creating differentiated atmospheres according to functions.
