The Penthouse Dressing Table is a residential vanity developed by Vanico-Maronyx in collaboration with Hettich. It transforms the daily beauty routine into a refined, organized, and highly functional personal space. Integrating Hettich’s AvanTech YOU drawer system and Actro YOU runners, the unit combines premium aesthetics with precision movement and intelligent storage.
Context
Many vanity units are visually bulky, poorly organized, or disconnected from the overall interior design. As a result, they fail to support daily routines efficiency, often lacking proper lighting, accessible storage, and ergonomic comfort. As expectations for residential furniture evolve, there is increasing demand for pieces that combine refined aesthetics with high-performance functionality, while integrating seamlessly into contemporary interiors.
Intent
The Penthouse Dressing Table was created to transform a daily routine into a streamlined, design-led experience.
The objective was to create a compact yet highly functional furniture piece that combines:

Solution
The Penthouse Dressing Table is a precision-engineered residential furniture piece that integrates lighting, storage, and motion hardware into a cohesive system.
A full-height mirrored cabinet with integrated vertical lighting delivers balanced, shadow-reducing illumination, improving visibility for detailed tasks. Behind the mirrored doors, concealed compartments organize cosmetics and accessories while maintaining a clean visual surface.
Central to the performance of the unit are Hettich’s AvanTech YOU drawers and Actro YOU runners, which provide:
