Categories : Office / Agile work Environment : Silver certification

This is a large new office project located in Shibuya district where various cultures and encounters are born. The project goal was to achieve both relocations by accommodating future growth and consolidation into one office to create new work environment for employees can make the most of their strengths.

Our design concept is “Nature” which means “nature and essence,” and we aimed to create a place where employees could receive vitality from abundance of plants and generate essential actions.

We envisioned the office as a park while we designed. The “Park Area” is an open space for employees to gather and feel the pleasant outdoor light and a variety of plants where they can spend time while feeling nature. We also expressed a sense of space to provide an appropriate amount of greenery. The furniture and flooring materials are placed at a 45-degree angle to naturally guide people’s eyes. The office space is designed to enhance productivity and creativity by incorporating various senses and qualities extracted from nature into the space and materials. New office work lounge where you can work in the most natural state is vibrant space where everyone can spend their time more authentically and freely.

We also focused on the design approach for both guest experience and employee experience,

The flow was designed to enhance the guest experience by allowing guests to have an ice break before heading to the conference room by passing through the Park surrounded by plants, the café, and the LED wall with a large screen.

Our design concept “Nature” is also depicts digitally through the installation of a large 12-meter-wide LED wall. Based on the nature theme, it displays dynamic natural scenery such as waterfalls and the northern lights, creating a space where people can spend time while experiencing the richness of nature. The large screen can be used for various events with large numbers of people as well.

Graphics, signs, and artwork that give a sense of the company and its history are placed throughout to improve branding outside the company, as well as to increase a sense of belonging and motivation within the company.
