The Rub-R-Wall is a 100% rubber polymer liquid membrane that is spray applied hot in three cross applications. This product, with a 25-year warranty, surpasses all current market membranes and offers optimal protection against water infiltration and moisture transfer, common issues in buildings, or any concrete structure. Indeed, these infiltrations promote mold growth and deteriorate concrete foundations due to water absorption, making it evident that protecting the concrete is necessary. According to a study by Grand View Research, the waterproofing market is expected to reach 26.8 billion dollars by 2027. This demonstrates the importance of finding sustainable solutions to combat these issues.
The costs associated with problems generated by insufficient waterproofing are considerable and increase exponentially over time. For example, the deterioration of concrete infrastructures due to moisture costs about 80 billion dollars per year in the United States (source: National Concrete Pavement Technology Center).
