An exceptional waterfront residence
This prestigious home embodies timeless elegance and refinement through a perfect harmony of noble materials and meticulous design.
From the entrance, the eye is captivated by the magnificent arched wooden doors, beautiful white oak floors, embellished with "herringbone" patterns that bring natural warmth and a touch of finesse.
In the living room, the raised ceiling enhances the sense of space and grandeur, while subtly crafted architectural drops dotted with curves add finesse and fluidity to the entire residence.
The fireplace, enhanced with black fluted slats and natural stone, becomes a sophisticated and warm central element. The wooden wall panels add a beautiful depth. The custom furniture, designed to meet the specific needs of the occupants, harmonizes perfectly with the spaces, enhancing both their aesthetics and ergonomics.
The kitchen, both elegant and functional, conceals an ingeniously integrated walk-in pantry behind a subtly designed door. This discreet storage offers optimized space to maintain organization and daily flow.
The powder room stands out for its intimate and refined character. The walls, dressed in panels and wooden slats, integrate perfectly with the vanity and are elegantly part of the whole, while the "herringbone" porcelain floor completes this room wonderfully.
On the upper floor, the master bedroom is a true sanctuary of comfort and serenity. The cozy bed, surrounded by soft colors and noble materials, invites rest in a subdued and warm atmosphere. Every detail has been thought out to create a soothing cocoon, while maintaining an elegant aesthetic.
The master bathroom, marked by a majestic arch that frames the wooden vanity and its basins. The freestanding bath with a matte finish adds a touch of timeless sophistication.
Each communal space is enhanced by fabric light fixtures, which emit a soft and subdued light, contributing to a friendly and soothing atmosphere. Natural materials such as stone, linen, wood and marble countertops fit perfectly in a balanced transitional style, where tradition and modernity coexist harmoniously.
The entire house rests on a tonal range of colors, subtly enhanced with light blue accents, giving it a unique and delicate identity. Each room in this residence reflects a perfect balance between aesthetics and functionality, with particular attention to details and quality materials.
This waterfront residence is much more than a house: it is a haven of serenity and elegance, where functionality meets the art of design and an invitation to live in discreet luxury, surrounded by comfort and beauty.
