Playful Work. Real Impact. — Workforce Campaign for Early Childhood Education
To address the childcare worker shortage across Northeastern Ontario, Studio123 partnered with the Manitoulin-Sudbury District Services Board to create a bold campaign reimagining careers in early childhood education.
Grounded in regional workforce research, the strategy informed all elements—from naming and identity to messaging, illustration, and a centralized jobs portal—ensuring a cohesive system aligned with recruitment goals.
At its core, the bilingual concept Playful Work. Real Impact. (Un travail ludique. Un réel impact.) highlights both the joy and purpose of childcare. A vibrant visual identity and custom illustrations create an engaging, accessible brand.
The experience centers on a user-friendly portal featuring roles from 20+ childcare centres across the region. Designed for clarity and ease of use, it improves access for users, including those in rural communities.
Supported by a targeted Google Ads strategy, the platform increases visibility and engagement. The result is a dynamic digital hub that positions childcare as meaningful and impactful while supporting workforce growth across the North.
