Phase 2 of the Oria Condominiums residential project is located in the heart of the Solar Uniquartier project, at the corner of rue de l'Escale and rue de l'Équateur, in Brossard. This project is a continuation of the architectural theme from Phase 1 and completes the backdrop for all the activity that unfolds in the central park.

The architectural quality of the project is embodied in a clear, contemporary language, bridging harmoniously between the Oria Condominiums Phase I and Eolia apartments projects.

The geometric simplicity and nobility of its materials ensure its durability. Just like the previous phase, the quality of the project also lies in its urban integration. The addition of townhouses facing directly onto the street anchors the project with a human-scale gesture and creates a strong dialogue, both with the park and with the public passing by on the street.
