Santa Justa railway station is one of the busiest in Spain. Upon arrival, travelers looking out from the elevated station platforms are immediately welcomed by the new image of the Only You Hotel — designed to stand out for pedestrians, drivers, and visitors leaving the station alike.
The renovation was carried out in collaboration with Lázaro Rosa-Violán. Thanks to the close relationship with the design team, a festive and cosmopolitan atmosphere has been infused throughout the hotel, giving it a strong and distinctive identity.
The transformation of the hotel was made possible through the opening up of the ground floor, the refurbishment of the façade, the complete redesign of the event spaces, the optimization of the kitchens, and the renovation of the common areas and pool-wellness zone.
The ground floor functions as a continuous and versatile space, conceived so that the hotel is perceived as an extension of the street itself. A central covered atrium floods the interior with natural light, creating a vibrant space at the heart of the hotel and becoming its true focal point.
