This charming residence is located in a cul-de-sac in the middle of a forest. We are indeed in the suburbs, but we feel elsewhere, far from cities and close to fields. Without being isolated, with discreet neighbors, we enjoy the singing of birds and the scents of nature. Though well planned and well built, everything has been carefully chosen and gives the impression that the garden has always been there. The residence is already privatized by nature, by the hand of man and woman. The entire team involved in this project (the owners, designers, architects, as well as the specialized workers and artists) put their hearts, their arms, and their souls into it. This residence is so private that we feel as if the garden, in the borrowed landscape, has been there forever. We have shaped it and are proud to think that this house, fully dressed in rock, surrounded by woods and forest, greenery, and fragrances, was there even before us.
Seen from the sky, this garden gives a good idea of the design plan, allowing us to soar and move from planning to realization. Here, the meticulous work is illustrated by the photos of the place. The work of planning and realization is transposed. When everything is well felt by the owners, designers, and implementers, the result is magnificent. Large terrace, little corner to dream and remake the world... Whether barefoot at dawn, in a tuxedo in the evening, or in a swimsuit under the sun, the place is ours. From the moment of arrival, the physical sense of transition into the garden is felt. Seen from the sky or on the ground, this garden blesses its occupants.
The owners preferred and deserved the very best. The owner, a man of taste, wanted his family to be surrounded by beauty, happiness, and harmony. This residence in the middle of a garden is comprised of several living areas. Places for rest, dining, swimming, and exercise, these places remain sites of joy and tranquility. In this frenzied life, the most sensitive people offer themselves and their loved ones a garden space. We believe this is the best we can offer ourselves.
This front layout invites people in. From the first glance, the large steps of the house, the pedestrian walkway made of stone paving, and its granite parking diligently welcome the newcomer. The act of sculpting the facade from street level, gradually and gently rising towards the entrance door, invites and opens the door for residents, family, and friends. The access routes to the back are varied and make the journey diverse and pleasant. The courtyard, all at once an oasis, a resting and a reception area, maintains its privacy and allows sharing of the place, living there alone or well-accompanied. This beautiful garden invites relaxation and action, silence and discussion. As soon as we arrive, we feel the well-being of the place.
