The name LATTI was inspired by the French word lattes: the dramatic vertical slats that define the building’s main entrance and influence the project’s overall décor. The name underscores the brand’s focus on design, evidenced in the stylish common areas, elegant furnishings and subdued lighting. Every detail was meticulously chosen to create an all-encompassing feeling of physical and psychological wellness—from the warm, light-filled interiors and on-site amenities to the property’s convenient location that allows residents to run all their errands on foot. The superb rooftop includes a lounge area and pool where residents can catch views of the sunset while basking in a Mediterranean ambience. LATTI brings the elegance of a boutique hotel to everyday living. It’s refinement that feels like home.
