It is a two-level hospitality ecosystem where calm meets city energy: lush, biophilic interiors by day, a salon by night. One kit, two attitudes—The Commons supports focused work, workshops, and hybrid meetings with abundant power, acoustic softness, and clear sightlines; the lounge emerges after dusk via warm lighting, curtains, and bar modules to host weddings, cocktails, talks, and parties.
Berlin Sanctuary frames the guest room as a calm, biophilic refuge inside the city’s fast pace, using soft greenery tones, warm wood, and diffused daylight to slow the body down. Berlin’s identity—industrial history paired with cultural refinement—appears through tactile contrast: smooth oak and clean joinery against textured plaster, stone, and patinated metal. The result is a quiet haven that feels grounded, honest, and subtly sophisticated.
