Grosvenor Project
This project was a full renovation of a century-old semi-detached home on Grosvenor Avenue in Westmount. It involved restructuring walls, introducing new structural beams to open the space, and modifying windows to create a more functional and visually harmonious layout for a young family.
The clients envisioned an aesthetic that evokes Parisian charm—rich in character yet balanced with minimalist lines and playful touches.
Every material was carefully selected, many elements were custom designed by our team and produced by local fabricators who were all managed under our umbrella. Calacatta Monet Marble was used in various areas of the home which exudes richness and a sense of timelessness.
Our team also sourced any procured all of the furniture, art and accessories from around the globe to create a highly personalized home for our clients.
