We live in an era where performance, efficiency, and productivity structure our days. We have gradually lost something essential: the ability to stop. To truly look. To touch. To feel. Contact is born from this observation and from a desire to revive this sensory connection to nature—and to make the book itself an object one wants to hold, to leaf through slowly, to contemplate.
This photobook explores a bucolic nature. A forest one wanders through without destination, letting the mind empty and the senses open. The photographs capture what the hurried eye does not see: the richness of textures—moss, bark—the light, the fauna and flora in their quiet, everyday presence. The atmosphere is deliberately calm, and romantic. Each image is an invitation to linger on the silent beauty of the living world.
The title says it all. Contact—both connection and physical touch. That moment when one places a hand, when one perceives nature no longer as scenery, but as a partner in dialogue.
