Aera Signature St-Hilaire affirms a vision where common spaces become an experience in their own right, designed to awaken the senses and anchor each moment in a lasting sense of well-being. The interior journey, developed with the Quebec Tourism and Hospitality Institute (ITHQ), structures movements with precision, instilling a natural fluidity and an intuitive reading of the spaces, inspired by hotel codes.

The outdoor spaces form the vibrant heart of the project. Pool, terraces, gardens, and gathering places unfold in direct dialogue with the Mountain of St-Hilaire, whose spectacular presence imposes a strong signature. More than just a panorama, it becomes a lived experience: a visual anchor point that transforms each moment into a contemplative and evolving parenthesis through the seasons.

Inside, the design is based on a rigorous selection of materials and furniture. Several custom-designed pieces punctuate the spaces and assert their distinctive character. The textures, rich and nuanced, bring depth and comfort, while a soft soundscape accompanies movements and subtly rhythms the experience. The Aera olfactory signature, developed with Air Aroma (galbanum, pine, pine needles, incense, undergrowth moss, and sandalwood), permeates the spaces with a discreet and memorable presence.

The accuracy of proportions, mastery of circulation, and balance between openness and intimacy reflect a highly thoughtful design approach. Aera Signature St-Hilaire thus demonstrates that common spaces can go beyond their function to become places of emotion, where nature, the senses, and design unite to create a profoundly distinctive experience.
