Sophie-Catherine LAFLAMME

Sophie-Catherine leads the design and tenant delivery team at Carbonleo where she oversees the design of the landlord’s base build as well as the fit-out for the 170 retailers and restaurateurs scheduled to open in 2024. She also leads the team managing existing leaseholds at Quartier DIX30 and contributes to the redevelopment of this site.

With 20 years of experience in retail design, construction and management, her past experience has allowed her to lead the renovation and expansion of Holt Renfrew Ogilvy in Montreal, orchestrate the development of new concepts for Birks Group in Canada, the United States and China, as well as securing the development of Starbucks in Quebec and the Atlantic provinces.
