Omar Ivan Huerta Cardoso

I am a creative leader with more than 20 years of experience in Product Design and Design-Driven Innovation, working with some of the most influential companies in the FMCG industry. Through my work, I have supported global organizations in moving beyond conventional products, helping them rediscover value through disruptive innovation, design thinking, and human-centred design.

My projects and contributions have been recognized through international awards, scholarships, research funding, and global media exposure. I have delivered lectures and workshops on design and innovation, and I actively participate in initiatives aimed at improving people’s lives through human-centred and design-driven innovation strategies.

Product design, UX, and human-centred design are the core focus of my current research. At the same time, I remain deeply interested in the broader design ecosystem and its evolving relationship with human needs and society.
