How to submit a project or product to the GRANDS PRIX DU DESIGN Awards
Submissions to the GRANDS PRIX DU DESIGN Awards are made entirely online. Create a free account, choose your discipline and categories, then pay online. You can then complete your entry (images, texts and documents) at your own pace, until the call for entries closes.
THE STEPS OF YOUR ONLINE SUBMISSION
Before you begin: create your free account by clicking My account in the top right corner of the site. Log in, then choose Registration: GRANDS PRIX DU DESIGN in your Dashboard.
Registration (before payment)
- Discipline: choose the discipline that matches your project or product.
- Categories: select one or more categories and enter the name of your project or product.
- Payment: pay securely online. Your registration is then created.
Prepare your entry (after payment, at your own pace)
- Project: name, project status, credits and team.
- Client: client for the project or manufacturer of the product.
- Media: cover image and images of the project or product.
- Texts: description of the project or product.
- Documents (optional): plans, videos, renderings or any other document useful to the jury.
- Translation: review your texts in both languages.
- My firm: contact information for the firm and the person in charge.
- Magazine: shipping address for printed copies of INT.DESIGN magazine.
- Preview: see your project as it will be presented, then finalize your submission!

SUBMISSION QUESTIONS
Do I need my entire entry ready to register?
No. Before payment, you only need to choose your discipline and your category or categories, and enter the name of your project or product. Your texts, images and documents can be added after payment.
Can I complete my entry in several sessions?
Yes. Save your entry and come back to it as often as needed, until the call for entries deadline.
Until when can I edit my entry?
Your information, your files and the name of your project or product can be edited until the call for entries closes.
Can I enter the same project in more than one category?
Yes. You can select one or more categories when you register. A discount applies to additional categories; see the pricing for details.
What images do I need to provide?
For each category, provide one cover image (photo or 3D rendering) with its photo credit, and 5 to 10 images in total, cover included. Of these, 3 to 5 must be high resolution: 300 dpi and at least 10 inches on one side. Accepted formats are JPG and PNG, with no added names or logos unless they are part of the scene.
Do I need to write my description in both French and English?
The project or product description can be up to 4,000 characters, spaces included. You can enter it in both French and English, or in one language using the automatic translation, which you can then review. The project name is required in both languages.
Can I add documents to my entry?
Yes, this is optional. You can add PDFs, videos, plans, technical drawings, renderings, 3D models, specifications or any other document useful to the jury.
