Jean-Sébastien Bourdages is an architect, urban designer, and innovation strategist with over 20 years of international experience designing environments that blend sustainability, biophilic design, and human-centered innovation.

As Director of Design & Innovation at BC2, he leads complex urban and hospitality projects at the intersection of regenerative planning, vertical urbanism, and immersive user experience. He is also the co-founder of Be_Mondo, a boutique consultancy specializing in wellness real estate, spa design, and transformative destinations grounded in contextual intelligence.

His approach combines bioclimatic thinking, augmented intelligence (AI), and UX-driven placemaking to generate added value for clients, stakeholders, and communities alike. With a strong foundation in anthropological and contextual design, Jean-Sébastien crafts environments that are high-performing, emotionally resonant, and deeply site-specific.

A frequent lecturer and jury member for the Grands Prix du Design, he champions a forward-thinking, sensitive, and regenerative vision of design.
