Zhongshan Huafa – The One Mansion is located at the Shiqi Headquarters Economic Zone in Zhongshan City, occupying the dual core areas of the old city core of Shiqi and the developing headquarters economic zone. The project is surrounded by high-quality supporting facilities, which include mature business districts, high-quality academies, ecological parks, etc.
The design of sales office aims to oppose the prevailing model of traditional sales office by introducing the natural elements of Qijiang which creates an open community living room of Qijiang combined with the habitat experience of the local citizen. Moreover, the design aims to create the sales office as the community living room with a natural chill bar. The interior space works as a carrier to gather the concepts of environmental protection, nature, and recycling which can be experienced by the visitors when wandering through interior space of sales office.
The interior design of the residential aims to pay the attention to the location, education, quality and other characteristics of the project. The residential space is featured with the scene-oriented, ample storage, precise workmanship, strengthened social barrier-free communication and free switching scenes.
The interior space of 139-sqm-layout-showroom is designed in the high-quality luxury living style with the gray tones, but with a bright and soothing language. This overall gray tone presents the various exquisite effects on different materials. The space is also decorated with the soft furnishings in mocha brown colour which endue the luxury and elegance style to the space. The upright-square layout of living room highlights the sense of scale. The multi-functional space is combined with the living room, the openable dining and kitchen space to form a linear circulation and a communication field at home.
The interior space of the 117-sqm-layout-showroom is design in wabi-sabi and free style. The space sits in a refreshing and natural background to accommodate the spiritual needs of the residents. The crude woods are installed at home to achieve the purpose of getting close to nature and hence returning to nature. Bedrooms are opened up and effectively connecting to the living room, dining room, and parent-child interaction area, the unit forms an important interactive space for the family and highlights the sense of larger spatial scale. Moreover, the master bedroom is deconstructed and reorganized into a hotel-style suite.
The interior space of the 79-sqm-showroom is designed in a simple and elegant style. The beige, wood, and black colour present the Neutral colors to dominate the home decoration. The simple design avoids the sense of crowding and makes the interior space look wider and brighter. The Living room is equipped with double-side deck to create the interactive experience for the residents. As a result, more living activities can be realized.
