We designed an annual magazine for a Viennese real estate company. It is composed of a so called ‘heart’ and ‘brain’ part. The heart is about the city’s lifestyle, trends, insider tipps and of course the new real estate projects of the client. The brain part is a data analysis for every single district in Vienna. This connection between the heart and the brain is the essence of what makes this city liveable.
