WELMÄ Studio: Montreal’s Salt-Infused Haven

Discover an oasis of authenticity in the heart of Westmount—welcome to WELMÄ Studio, the FIRST SALT STUDIO in Montreal! Unveiling itself in the dynamic rhythm of 2023, WELMÄ Studio is not just a sanctuary for dreams and self-discovery; it’s a unique SALT Sanctuary, offering the healing embrace of halotherapy—a serene haven within the city’s heartbeat.

Crafted from Nature’s Palette, the design narrative at WELMÄ Studio is a testament to sustainability and aesthetic innovation. Recycled barn wood studio doors, birch recuperated (with permission) after an ice storm from Mont Royal cemetery as a veil in the skylight, and upcycled shipping palettes for the settee base form an intricate tapestry that transcends mere aesthetics. Drawing inspiration from global travels, the studio invites everyone to be seated close to the earth, creating an immersive experience that goes beyond the visual.
Every Element tells a story at WELMÄ Studio. Recycling materials from the previous salon is not just about reducing waste—it’s a deliberate curation that showcases an unwavering commitment to sustainability and the creation of a tranquil space for rejuvenation.

Enter the Healing Essence of Halotherapy at WELMÄ Studio, the only Salt studio in Montreal. The Pink Himalayan Salt Wall laid brick by brick becomes more than a design element; whether bathed in the soft glow of sunrise or gently illuminated in the quietude of night, the salt wall serves as a grounding force, it’s a therapeutic embrace that transforms and evolves with the shifting days, nights, and seasons. Through Halotherapy , its’ salt-infused air, laden with micro-particle medical-grade salt, provides a transformative experience—cleansing lungs, enhancing mood and rejuvenating the skin.

Step into the intimate boutique studio, designed for gatherings of to 12 to 18 participants, and enter a cocoon where every individual is valued and heard—a haven to shed inhibitions, find inner voices, and enhance outer strength.
This is not just a fitness studio; WELMÄ Studio is a Holistic Oasis for Inner Growth. From soothing Yoga to transformative Reiki, from artistic self-discovery to meditative Sound Healing, each session is a step towards holistic harmony. The studio introduces the first infrared salt sauna in Quebec, adding an extra layer of wellness by combining halotherapy with infrared heat, aromatherapy, chromotherapy, and red light therapy. Enhancing the Welmä experience, classes offer a unique opportunity to uplevel with six specialized PEMF Mats, providing additional health benefits.

WELMÄ Studio is on a mission—to guide individuals toward realignment and revitalized energy. Classes and workshops are curated to facilitate renewed energy, emotional release, relaxation, and mental clarity. In this shared journey, individuals are beckoned to shed what no longer resonates, enveloped in the soothing embrace of salt’s therapeutic whispers.
Within the studio’s walls, a community thrives—a community united by the belief that harmony with one’s essence ignites boundless potential. It’s an ethereal fusion of dreams and salt, self-discovery and healing. Here, possibilities ripple like whispers in the air, defining the tapestry woven at WELMÄ Studio—a place where aspirations bloom, and genuine desires are embraced.

Montreal’s Wellness Revolution has found its haven in WELMÄ Studio.
