The event was designed and developed 100% remotely. The projects were carried out on Quebec territory with only part of the pre-production in Brazil 15 days before the start of assembly. Four days were devoted to assembly on site.
A social event for 650 guests. The theme imposed by the client signaled a work both centered on the world of Vegas Nightclubs.
The scenography proposal intelligently favored the architectural structure of the place which had never been worked in this way.
The event hall is a completely empty box with a black ceiling that provides the kind of theme, but several structures, from the simplest to the most complex, were built from scratch when not on the rental market.
Several square meters of LED. and a lot of show lighting was used to give more reality to the Vegas theme, to make the project unique.
