Overlooking a territory covering more than 236 acres of forest, Sommets Galvin Heights is the consecration of a perfect balance between two foundations in real estate development now irrevocably linked to each other: the realization of an environmentally friendly development, taking into account the surrounding natural environments, as well as the elaboration of a sustainable development, banking on a minimal environmental footprint.
Inspired by the natural beauty of this exceptional site, our organic architectural approach allows each project to fit in symbiotically with the surrounding topography, views, sunlight and vegetation. This approach reveals the project’s commitment to visual harmony with the natural environment while honoring a coherent and distinguished aesthetic.
Our approach stands apart from the ultra-modern landscape, responding to a need for back-to-basics, warmth and comfort. We swap completely open, streamlined living areas for human-scale spaces, dressed in organic materials and bathed in pleasant light at all times of day.
The first two model residences, Canopée and Orée, embody this reconnection with nature, while offering a contemporary, refined aesthetic. Indeed, the architecture of the residences within the SGH project is profiled under the aegis of an alliance between the traditional and the modern, in harmony with the integration of natural and noble materials. A mix of inspirations from various parts of the world, then rethought to adapt to the realities of the North American climate and lifestyle, takes the form of often horizontal volumes topped by pitched roofs with exposed structure, adorned with natural materials such as stone, wood and steel. From the majestic entrance to the rear of the residence, where the living areas blend in with the exterior landscaping, every detail has been carefully thought out to create an exceptional living experience.
