The event was designed and developed 100% remotely. The projects were carried out on the Quebec territory. All pre-production was done via Google Meet meetings with all suppliers. To oversee the implementation of the project, a local producer was hired and managed remotely during the setup days.
It was a social event for 450 guests, with an 80s theme inspiring the whole project, which acquired a contemporary touch through the use of lighting technology and special effects to delight the attendees.
The scenographic proposal was a huge challenge because the event venue had a romantic atmosphere with lakes and a lot of vegetation. The architectural structure of the place was worked in this way to disguise and hide the nature structures, leaving room for the colors, light, and characteristic themes of the Camp design.
The event room is a completely empty box with a black ceiling, which made production a bit easier. The furniture was rented from decoration stores as the chosen style was not available in the event market.
Simone Tomé is a dancer and musical actress. One of the requests was that the dance floor also has a stage where the scenographer had to create 10 backgrounds. The idea was to mix numerous mirror balls and a large D.E.L. panel that served as a support for animated backgrounds representing different scenes.
Several square meters of D.E.L. and many concert and theater lighting were used to give more realism to the theme and atmosphere, making the project unique.
