After two years of teleworking, the goal was to create a living environment in which employees would feel like they were in the comfort of their own home. Located on the 4th floor of the professional complex in Terrebonne, it is a tis location that Prima Assurances head office has taken up residence.
Upon entering the suite, a guiding line leads visitors to the reception desk, then passing through the conference room and ending to the bell… »the bell of success ». To motivate the troops, when a project is signed, the bell rings.
The use of glazed partitions makes it possible to create closed work spaces while allowing natural light to penetrate troughout the suite. The mix of glass, brick, concrete, leather and wood offers a happy marriage of materials and textures creating a chic and warm industrial style thus meeting the demand of customers.
Various spaces have been designed to provide motivating environments for team members; lounge area, gaming corner, bench spaces, vast dining room, not to mention the collaborative corner inspired by the Prima Assurances logo revisited and representing a small house enveloping like the comfort of their home.
