An outpost of the New York brunch institution, Sadelle’s is the second restaurant to open at The Boca Raton in partnership with Major Food Group, and is located in the historic Garden Room.
Rockwell Group preserved the room’s dark wood beams and Spanish Colonial window arches, wrapping the walls in Sadelle’s signature blue lacquer paneling to create the feeling of a European patisserie. A terrazzo tile floor is a muted backdrop for pops of Floridian garden motifs and eclectic tropical details. Custom light yellow banquettes and enamel tables anchor the center of the dining room, as does a large decorative service station. Custom pink dessert trolleys greet guests at the entrance.
Sadelle’s Grab ‘n Go area is wrapped with the same blue lacquer paneling, with accents of salmon pink marble slab and gold-toned, antique mirrors. A custom dark oak and Carrera marble counter displays Sadelle’s infamous bagels and pastries, as well as its made-to-order salmon slicing services.
The dining room leads to a glass conservatory framed in blackened metal arches. A light oak trellis canopy is strewn with lush greenery and glowing rattan pendants. The conservatory spills out onto a sunny patio shaded by custom blue scalloped umbrellas.
