Surpassing the audacity of its design, it will be crowned with an open-air centre, bathed in natural light giving life to an intimate common space that will flourish with greenery.
At Le Rosaire, we have created a first-rate living environment that reflects and respects the times of its neighbourhood and community with simple elegance. Thus, Le Rosaire is clad with beautiful white-brick front facades that blend in with the sky. Its front facade’s noble copper accents are particularly noticeable and such looks are reminiscent of the initial copper roofs of its neighbour, the church. For Residia, this was paying respect to an important neighberhood institution and being in full harmony with our environment.
