H3 Restaurant. Regional gourmet restaurant, located in the Humaniti complex in Montreal. Creation of a space with a reinterpreted rustic atmosphere, harmonious in the urban setting.
Special attention has been paid to the wine cellar, which is one of the best in Quebec, open on the dining room and offering a rather mysterious, atypical and intimate experience that surprises the client venturing inside.
