This modern and minimalist style residence juxtaposes the kitchen with an ultracompact stone staircase with glass railings. All in transparency, these diffuse the light, integrate into the architecture and align perfectly with the thickness of the counter designed in cascade. A large full-height window sits mid-level on the stair landing and offers nature during the day and a starry sky in the evening. This same opening offers a larger view of the water and continues the majestic fenestration facing the island. The kitchen exudes a peaceful and rejuvenating atmosphere thanks to the scale of the place. Ultra-modern, this kitchen is in an immaculate glossy white. Reflective cabinets return light and enhance the entire space. Functional, all the upper cabinets are automated for better accessibility. The surfaces are made of an innovative material with natural components and designed in greige stone like the steps of the descent. Technological, the ultracompact quartz on which very hot dishes are placed, comes to life thanks to the users. Huge 1524 mm (60’’) x 3048 mm (120’’) slabs with a slightly marbled graphic cover the floor and limit the joints for better maintenance. In disparity, pale gray, white and dark wood bring a warm atmosphere. The width of the island makes it possible to cook on its end facing the hotplate. The user moves lightly and improves his cooking experience. The huge walk-in pantry hides behind a full-height white door and integrates perfectly with the wall unit. The latter is occupied by appliances that facilitate the preparation of meals. It is incorporated into a drywall to lengthen the corridor and the luxurious effect of the premises. This unifying kitchen is at the heart of the living space where it is good to meet there with family or friends.
